What is your question?
Car sat for a few years and not won't start. If I pour gas in the air intake it will run for 10 seconds or so fine. It seems like the tank is not pressurizing and I'm wondering if there is any other fuse or relay that might be bad. I just don't want to change the fuel pump and find out that it wasn't the problem. Thanks

There is a fuse for the fuel pump, and also there is a relay called the PGMFI main relay that could be an issue. A quick check to see if the fuel pump is working is to hold the rubber fuel hose while you have someone turn on the key. You should feel a slight pulse when the system pressurizes. I would make sure the fuel pump has power by checking voltage at the fuel pump with a volt meter first.
