Not starting

What is your question?

My honda civic is not starting, I haven't drove I over a year. I charged the battery, than it did start. The next day it didn't start, so I tried charging again. The charger says it is charged. All lights and radio, electronics work. I jump started and it worked, kept it running for an hour, turned it off and wouldn't start. It makes a rapid clicking sound when I try to start. Thanks
