Don't panic it's just handle it self is broken Probably the cable that is hook up to the knob hood release Came out. You can pull that plastic cover or grab a flat head to help you pop it out And see if the cable came out if do use a plier to pull the cable out Hood should open

What plastic cover? Looking under the dashboard I can see the cable. Do I pull this with a pliar??? What if this does not work?
