My car just started doing this when it first started I was driving and then it started moving slow I tried giving gas it still did the same thing I pulled over and cut it off then it let me drive a few more miles until it started again and when I got it jacked up the tires would move in the air but not on the ground
What makes this problem better or worse?
It just doesn't move at all
How long has your 2002 Honda Civic had this problem?

Start by checking the trans fluid.If this is an automatic and its low on fluid it could run but not move.This would indicate a massive leak so don't drive it until the leak is fixed.Here is a link to find a shop near you who can do this. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops Alex
Car shifts but doesnt move....transmission fluid is clear, full and doesnt smell...just sits idol...now what?
