FUEL LEAKING ON GROUND FROM ENGINE

What is your question?

WHEN I TURN MY KEY ON THE FUEL STARTS POURING OUT ONTO THE GROUND FROM THE ENGINE AREA. You can actually hear fluid gushing out and then it starts to form a puddle on the ground. The car will not start.

What makes this problem better or worse?

leak only happens when i turn the key to ON before i try to crank the engne
