Does my car have 4 struts or 2 struts in front and 2 shocks in back?

The car does not have shocks, although they serve the same purpose. Struts sit inside the spring and contain the spring. Shocks sit alone without the spring. You will need 4 struts and an alignment. $866 is actually a decent price for everything as long as you can trust the shop.
