Was wonder what this part is called and it’s function and if it’s possible that coolant could leak from the edges of this part. Also makes a grinding/rattling noise periodically noticed while idling, sounds like something broke and loose. In case this site won’t allow for a picture it’s the black large plastic part on drivers side that covers most of side of engine, looks like possible small fan at bottom of part with a couple of small hoses at bottom maybe for suction, and a electrical plug in. Thanks for reading. Also loud sqeeling and can usually stop when I turn heat off but coming from engine

I'm sorry to say that this part you've identified isn't relevant to the numbers/letters you've given, and so I don't know what it is. The item you are speaking of does not sound like a cooling system component. Simply stated, hands on testing by qualified personnel is needed -- it will get to the bottom of your concern pretty quickly.
