I am putting a steering column in a 2001 Honda Civic 4 door automatic what years

I'm so sorry -- there are multiple models of Civic -- DX, EX, LX -- and not all columns are directly compatible. So, I'd really defer to the folks who supply used parts to describe compatibility, and recognize that some component swapping is likely going to be needed no matter what you get.
