Flashing green key at shut down

What is your question?

The green key light flashes 5 times when I turn off the car.

How long has your 2001 Honda Civic had this problem?

Just noticed it. Car would not start for 6 months. Mechanic replaced the coolant sensor and ac compressor. It seem to run great now.
