Hello, if the brakes engage and will not release, it's either - calipers sticking (unusual to have both stick simultaneously and be at fault), hoses causing a flow issue (again, unusually to have this at the same time), or a problem with then hydraulic control unit. Hands on diagnostic testing using a diagnostic tool that is capable of checking chassis related components is needed.
