There's a coolant leak in the cooling system. You'll need to have this checked by someone with experience diagnosing this type of problem.

check to see if radiator cap is missing the little button in the middle. if so the cooling system will not hold pressure, and will lose coolant. coolant loss is among most extensive problems with many many possible causes. please report back , if this problem persists.
