What is your question?
Ok so my brake light was on this morning when I started my car so I popped the hood got out and noticed a puddle of something under the right tire so I proceeded to check the brake flyuid and it was really low so I topped it off, and the same thing happened about 1 week in a half ago only there was a very small puddle and didnt think anything of it at the time, so what could be wrong? do I need to just change the brakes or something?

It sounds like there is a fluid leak from the brake system at the right side tire you saw the puddle under. A complete brake inspection would be in order to determine exactly what is leaking and the need for new brake pads and or shoes.
Sounds like you are leaking from either the brake master cylinder, the wheel cylinders or the lines. Most brake repair places will diagnos free of charge, yoour brake system is hydraulic, which means that the fluid is what creates you pedal pressure, dont wait too long before getting checked
