1999 Honda Civic EX Tail lights, Dash lights, Dome lights and Turn signals pulsate

Hi! this is Bo with Car Genius at RepairPal! Sounds like your car is possessed! Well, that or is could be a faulty alternator or voltage regulator causing the lights to pulse. Even though you might have tested the alternator and it seems to be working fine, it’s possible that it could still be the cause of the problem. Or... it could be a faulty sensor. The airbag light can come on due to a faulty sensor but to me, the airbag light could also be because of low voltage. Lastly, you could always check for faulty grounds or wiring. This could include the ground wires not making clean contact with metal surfaces, or there could be melted cables.
