I HAVE REPLACED MY FUEL FILTER BUT STILL HAVING FUEL PROBLEMS.

Any check engine light on? It could be many things, unfortunately and without experiencing the problem first hand or being able to do some basic diagnostic tests its hard to say. I would maybe start looking for vacuum leaks, maybe verify fuel pressure and volume, tee into the fuel rail or filter and verify pressure when car is driving down the road by having a fuel gauge taped to the windscreen. Could be ignition related, coil failing?
