Drivers window unable to roll up.

You need a new door window regulator. This is the part inside the door that manages the force exerted on the crank and moves the window up and down. They fail fairly frequently, though much less often in a manual window.

a regulator is not necessarily your problem. it could just be off of the track. if you take off the interior door pannel (beware the screws in the speaker enclosure), and look at the window track, the window could just be off. if this is the case, its a simple fix, just loosen the track bolt, replace the window in the track, and retighten the bolt with the track tighter to the window. good luck!
