What is your question?
When my car is in gear as I get to mid range rpm my tranny area is growling. Goes away as I shift to next gear and will start growling as I accelerate but once I'm in the high rpm range it sounds like it revs that noise away. Not sure if it my tranny or clutch?
How long has your 1995 Honda Civic had this problem?
Few days

You mentioned a clutch so I assume its a manual transmission. If so while at an idle press the clutch in and see if the noise goes away. If it does, that's a bad throw out bearing, witch gets replaced with the clutch/friction disk. If it is a automatic, that noise is likely the differential going bad.
It was when I am not in gear the noise is non existent. But the house has changed and kinda went away in the last day or 2. So I’m guessing the throw out bearing is just loose inside my clutch just rolling around?
It's most likely a throw out bearing.
