All my thermostat wires and grounds are cut my car won't star well started with no fuel in the injectors.

94 Honda Civic my wiring around the thermalstat are all cut . It would crank but no fuel traveling through.then I messed with the ground cables until I hear the injectors pumping then it would start. Now I bought new ignition relay and no sound no crank no nothing .
