Why are all the warning lights on ? Solid lights.

Hello, are you referring to the "Honda sensing" features? If so, there are several possible causes. Low electrical voltage such as from a battery that is not fully charged or able to handle the voltage requirements of the system is one possibility. Another possibility could be damage to the radar behind the bumper area. Could be damaged or out of calibration or restricted. Also, have you had a windshield replaced lately? If so, the wrong glass could be used or the static and dynamic calibration could need to be performed properly. A lot of questions and so I would recommend you see somebody local who can help you, a dealership is a great choice for things of this nature.
