Hi, my name is Devin. I'm an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team at RepairPal. I'm so sorry to hear your vehicle is having trouble. Given that your Accord was involved in an accident and now the steering wheel is locked despite replacing sensors, it's likely that there might be structural damage affecting the steering column, an issue with the steering lock mechanism, or damage to the steering gear assembly if the wheel was impacted. The impact could have caused misalignment or damage to components that aren't easily visible. Another possibility would be an initialization procedure may be needed if the sensors were the culprit. Even though a service shop won't look at it due to the accident, a body shop specializing in collision repair would be the best place to start. They can assess and repair any structural damage to get your steering working correctly again. If you need more advice, have any other questions about your vehicle, or would like to get connected to a RepairPal Certified shop near you, we have you covered.
