On a 2018 Accord Sport, is the blend door actuator computer driven?

Hello, honestly, cannot say I have ever seen a 2018 - 2022 Accord body style with a problem like this - and I'm at the dealership. This leads me to think there is more going on here that isn't shared. Are there any vehicle modifications? Any add on components? Testing will have to be done to figure out what's going on. When you say no heat - is it no air flow in those areas or only cold air? And do you get heat out elsewhere? Need much more information.
