Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. So sorry to hear you're having trouble with your vehicle. If your Accord has a persistent cylinder 4 misfire even after replacing the spark plugs, the issue might be related to an underlying problem in the fuel system or valvetrain. A fuel delivery issue caused by too much or too little fuel getting to cylinder 4 could cause these symptoms. Another possibility is that something in the valvetrain is damaged and not allowing the valves to open correctly. If this is the case, the car could still pass a compression test. Because of the range of possibilities, I'd recommend getting the car checked out at a trusted repair shop. If you need more advice, have any other questions about your vehicle, or would like to get connected to a RepairPal Certified shop near you, we have you covered.
