Wow never heard that before. First make sure all old food is out of car. Use fresh air option not recycle option on vent control. May replace cabin filter and use a mold killer / bacteria killer spray into intake system of blower motor.

Odor Ban spray bottle ,A little laundry soap with warm water and a scrub brush does wonders.

Run the ozonator overnight in your car first with seats down then with seats up in case the smell is in trunk. Or you can hire a detailer shop to treat the smell with their ozonator for usually about $50-100. You can use ozonators in your home, office etc. to kill mold, bacteria and other odors. I got one with UV lights and run it all the time in the house. When cars get wet mold spores take off and never really die unless you treat for them. Take back your car!
