Why do my 2014 Honda Accord cranks up but then shuts off and it’s not my battery my alternator or my starter

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Please help me understand - shuts off -- meaning it starts but then stalls? Or loses the ability to crank over? Can you share If this is a 4 cylinder Accord or a V6 powered Accord? I do need a lot more information to give an opinion. For example, a V6 Accord could have a broken timing belt, which will never allow it to start...and for which serious engine damage could have occurred. But it could also be merely fuel starvation or an air intake issue.
