I changed the starter , battery , acg fuse and ignition switch . Still have small issues when starting . The car starts but there’s sometimes where it takes a couple of back and forth turns then it starts. Terminals are good , battery good . Can’t seem to figure it out can you ?
What makes this problem better or worse?

Are you saying that there's no cranking sometimes? Or there's cranking with no starting? Need more information. Also - automatic or manual transmission? The shift lever and sensor may not be in the park position for an automatic, and for a manual, the clutch switch may not be engaged at times -- both for "no crank" issues. Again, so many hypotheticals, so write back to share exactly what's happening.
