Honda accord touring 2013 V 6 Honda has An extended warranty recall for the steering gear box BUT must pay an 130.00 diagnostic fee to have it check if GEAR BOX OK
I DONT get a refund on the 130 diagnostic fee

Sometime I hear a click (I think from
