MY 2013 HONDA ACCORD DOESN'T START WHEN THE START BUTTON IS PUSHED

Hello, I am seeing a high amount of later model Accord's with starter issues at my Honda dealership. It could be a starter that is not functioning properly. That said, start with a battery test, a battery that will not hold a charge or load will cause the problem faster and earlier than a faulty starter. Do not just guess at any parts here; testing is important.
