What is your question?
I have a Honda accord 2013 sport. The power steering light with (!), emergency brake light and the traction control light on the dashboard came on and have been on since a few months. I took in to the honda dealership and they told me that the VSA modulator is on and I will have to fork out $2200 to get it fixed. Can someone please help me understand what this is ?
How long has your 2013 Honda Accord had this problem?

Hello, the VSA modulator is the component that operates the traction control and anti-lock braking system. If the dealer is telling you this is what's wrong - then it's almost certainly what is wrong. In certain circumstances depending on your mileage, ownership status (did you buy it new?) and loyalty to Honda dealerships for maintenance and repairs -- you may be able to appeal to Honda for financial assistance. Honda tends to be very good in assisting when reasonable - meaning - you bought the car new and you're loyal to Honda dealerships for service and repair. It's worth a shot.
