when i drive my 2012 honda accord there is a constant whining noise that is very loud. i already changed the power steering unit and the belts with no avail. when i drive the car at a higher speed it goes away to some degree. any help would be appreciated. thanks.

it does not matter. it happens whether its cold or hot.

your Drive Train Belts may not be out of alinement or to lose/to tight or you can have a bad baring on one of the pulleys. check out this video . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AEUe6uKxTv8
