Is there two pieces to a trunk on a 2011 honda accord. If so how do you separate them

I am replacing a trunk that has been damaged on a 2011 Honda Accord. I am told that there are two pieces to a trunk area. Can the bottom piece, plastic piece that holds the license plate be changed without removing the trunk from the vehicle/
