my honda accord has a wining sound but stops if you turn to the right or tap the brake

my 2010 honda accord has started to make a wining sound after about 15 minutes into driving it. If you tap or push the brake it stops. If you turn to the right it stops. We had new brake pads put on three weeks ago. The auto shop cannot seam to find anything wrong with the brakes or barings. Can you give me any ideas of what is wrong. This car only has 46K original miles on it.

Its better when you first start out to drive. After 15 min. it starts
