Replace timing belt, water pump and tensioner on a 2009 Honda Accord V6

It has the original 9 year old belt but only 62,000 miles of normal driving and no weather extremes. I tend to use a Honda dealer for this for the warranty which can be used at any Honda dealer in the USA. However, dealer cost ranges around $1200. I also see some different warranties at the places that you recommend. No noises or oil leaks that I see.
