What is your question?
My 08 accord v6 is misfiring in cylinder 3 and also throwing engine codes p0497, p145c, and p0430. This is after having already replaced all 6 coils and plugs and also already replacing one of the catalytic converters on the exhaust manifold on the engine. I had to replace the one converter because it was clogged and causing random misfires. I thought this fixed my issues all together until just recently cylinder 3 started misfiring along with those engine codes being thrown. The converter was replaced about a month ago.

Hi - I am Dave, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. I do not know that anything has been properly addressed; your trouble codes indicate problems occurring that are not misfire related or codes set by misfires. P0487 and P145C are related to evaporative emissions system concerns which typically do not involve misfires and engine running condition. P0430 is bank two catalyst concern - perhaps you had a P0420 before and replaced bank one? Or maybe this is the same code and it is not yet resolved... Misfires can be plug and coil related, but can also be fuel injector related and more commonly base engine related - or valve clearance adjustment related. Inspection with a diagnsotic tool observing necessary readings and hands on inspection of cylinder compression and leak down tests are needed to deterimine what has gone on with your engine.
