What is your question?
There has been a clicking sound when I drive my car that I assumed was the indicator clip on worn down brake pads. So, I replaced the brake pads and yet, the clicking persists. What could this be?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Sometimes, if I drive for a long time, the intermittent clicking will switch to a persistent grinding/screechy sound

Hello, sounds like the anti-rattle clips may not be properly installed, the caliper pins may not be properly lubricated, or the brake pads themselves may not be a "good fit" - like an original Honda pad.
