What is your question?
Alarm goes off when I use the key to unlock the car , I can start the car but the alarm is still going off . I pulled the stop/horn fuse (20 amp) that stopped the horn from blaring but my lights are flashing still , I have to turn my lights on for the flashing to stop, now I can’t shift out of park I have to stick the key in the hole next to the shift knob . When I turn the car off and turn my lights off the lights still flash so I have to disconnect the battery.

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Sounds like the antitheft system of the vehicle is being triggered, possibly due to a fault with the drivers door lock cylinder. Is it damaged our has it been tampered with? When you say you use the key too unlock the car, do you mean remotely or turning the key in the driver's door lock cylinder? It also sounds like you may have a non factory alarm attached to the vehicle - make sure this is deactivated and removed if there is one. Low battery voltage could be a cause. Make sure you have a good battery that is fully charged and able to sustain a load. Check to see if your brake lights work. If the brake light switch is not turning on the brake lights, it will also not release the shift lever from "park". So, you have a few potential things going on here. I would definitely seek guidance from a technician at a shop near you to sort out the concerns. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554.
