The power plug/cigarette lighter isn't working I have two both are out if it is a fuse where is it

The interior fuse box is on the driver's lower left side. To remove the fuse box lid, pull it toward you and take it out of its hinges. It should be fuse #9 it is a 15 amp fuse. I had same problem using the cig lighter for a garmin connection. Have replaced the 15 amp fuse twice. It is located in the fuse panel left side interior, in front of the door hinges.
