Car won’t start 2006 Honda Accord

Car won’t start. Has a new battery and new battery connectors. Car partially cranks and won’t turn over. I have had multiple issues previously with this car starting and they have all been battery related(bad battery, loose connectors, bad connectors, leaky battery). About a month ago I had a new battery put in to replace a leaky battery. About 3 months ago I had new connectors put on to connect to the battery. However, when those issues occurred in the past, the car would just click and not start. This time it is making a cranking noise like it’s almost going to start then nothing happens and the cranking noise gets shorter the longer I keep it going. I was rear ended about a week ago and unsure if that could have anything to do with issues starting.
