What is your question?
the green light comes on briefly and then goes out. it has a new a new starter, battery, crank sensor & ignition. and i replaced fuse under hood. have not checked relay switch under the dash(inside car) nor have i checked the solenoid yet. no fob. only key the person i purchased from purchased it without a key or a fob. he had the locksmith come out and make and program a key. not a fob. for the new ignition he installed. the locksmith “guaranteed” he would not leave until the car started. . When it did not start after the locksmith programmed the key, the locksmith stated it was not a key , fob or programming issue. he stated it was a mechanical issue. in the honda manual it states THE IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM PROTECTS YOUR VEHICLE FROM THEFT. IF AN IMPROPERLY -CODED KEY (or other device) IS USED, THE ENGINES FUEL SYSTEM IS DISABLED. With that being said, i wondering if the locksmith was incorrect with his information?? any suggestions

Hello, as a Honda experienced service veteran, I can tell you: You need a genuine Honda key to program for your vehicle. Too many times we find low quality keys not capable of working with the vehicle. However, one other thing - there are multiple variables here. So many parts have been replaced. Why? With all these new parts - from "new ignition" and starter, battery, crankshaft position sensor, and more -- it sounds like there have been lots of guessing and no testing. If the green light goes out - it would seem to me that the immobilizer is not causing a no start. Does the engine crank at all? Does the starter engage the engine? What is it doing? that’s valuable information. if the green key light goes out then it would not be immobilized and the key and / or its programming would not be the issue? Please respond i’m on my way now to replace the ignition relay and to try to jump start it. when i put the scanner on it it reads “NO FAULTS TO DISPLAY”
