Starter turns over but won’t crank
What makes this problem better or worse?
It just won’t crank the car fob was broken we replaced it with a new fob case the car starter will turn over but won’t start
How long has your 2003 Honda Accord had this problem?
The key fob case was broken we replaced with the parts from the old key fob the stater is turning over but the car won’t start

If you replaced the "fob case" you need to program it and all other keys at the same time. That said, the immobilizer typically prevents the starter from cranking the engine. I'd still start there and program any keys to start and operate the vehicle before doing any other testing.
