What is your question?
The fan does not operate at any level (high/Low). I have checked the obvious such as fuses and relays. I pulled the blower motor under the glove compartment and it checks out ok as well. Is there a switch behind the fan knob? How would I troubleshoot and repair? I don't want to take it to a shop and get nailed!

Check to see if you have power going to the blower motor connector with the key on. Then turn on the blower motor and go through the different speeds and check to see if you get a ground , that is if you have a good 12 volt power source. If you don't get any ground side, then you have to trace up stream. There are 2 types of Climate Control for you car, manual and automatic, so the components and testing varies, so here is a link to a site with good repair info and wiring diagrams for your car. There is a small fee but it is well worth it. http://bit.ly/mitchell_repair_manuals_online
if it wont come on at all just smack the bottom of the blower,if it comes on its the blower motor.if it doesnt its the transistor.dan stop making things more difficult than they need to be.
