Honda would consider this in the realm of acceptable, although most of the world would be annoyed by this much consumption. Check your PCV system and make sure it is functioning. Other than that, you may have an issue internally with oil getting past the rings, etc. Quarts of oil are cheaper than an overhaul...

no way is that good! your either burning it or you have a leak or a head gasket
