When making a sharp left turn the car will experience a timing belt "chirp". This goes in hand with stiffness in the power steering, almost like an engine stall, but then the chirp stops and everything is OK. It's happen twice. The car is well warmed up

It won't be the timing belt that makes the chip but the drive or fan belt. The power steering becoming "stiff" at the same time you experience the chirp makes me think the power steering belt is incorrectly damaged. If the belt has been loose for a long period of time the belt may need to be changed. Check the power steering fluid level as well!
