Grinding noise from brakes

What is your question?

In cold weather and whenever the brakes are applied on an incline I get a terrible grinding noise. The dealer can find nothing wrong.

change brake rotors

When I first got my Accord, I was told that because of the (at the time) new type of break pad/rotor/assembly that was being used, the grinding could happen. I do notice that my rotors wear out faster than they should in my opinion...so I'm hoping they fixed the problem on later models.
