What is your question?
I have oil in the coolant, but no coolant in the oil. The head gasket has been taken off and machined and put back w/new head bolts. It was pressure tested and magnafluxed. W/in hours the problem reoccured. Again, oil in the coolant, but no coolant in oil. The mechanic changed the pcv? behind the firewall w/no luck. Less then 1 qt leaks and then stops. Help please.

I had the exact same problem as everyone seem to have with these engines; Engine oil in coolant. http://picpimpin.com/ABR1lLZFNqI6agR2AN99/248639107582052665909100002423435474728862710696n.jpg http://picpimpin.com/ABR1lLZFNqI6agR2AN99/1020100.jpg http://picpimpin.com/ABR1lLZFNqI6agR2AN99/1020107.jpg And guess what, IT WAS THE PROBLEM! No more oil in my coolant for me! When changing your head gasket, FOLLOW THESE TORQUING SEQUENCES! Torque force: - Tight all the bolts to 14 pounds - Tight all the bolts to 36 pounds - Tight all the bolts to 49 pounds Here is my custom torquing sequence: http://picpimpin.com/ABR1lLZFNqI6agR2AN99/torque.png Torque all bolts from 1 to 10 to 14 pounds, then 36 pounds, then 49 pounds. To those of you that installed a new gasket and the oil stopped going in the coolant but started again, you probably did it wrong! If it worked with my custom torquing method, then follow my method :P It's been 2 months already and it didn't use a drop of oil. DR - Self Educated Car Maniac
