Creaking Sound When Turning The Wheels.

Hey guys I am hoping someone can help me with this problem. I have a 02 Honda Accord and I just recently replaced the ball joints on my right wheel. After I left the shop the car was great. The next day when I was getting out of my parking spot while turning the steering wheel to the left I began to hear a creaking sound, I turn the wheel towards the right and also heard the same creaking sound. Since it seem to come out the front. I then opened the hood and told my girlfriend to turn the steering wheel left and right. The sound seem to come out of the two timing belts by the engine but visually to me they seemed fine. I am hoping someone out there knows something about this issue or can give me advice before I take it to the shop and they try to stiff me for a couple hundred bucks.
