What is your question?
Its been 3 times that my vehicle got Jump started after winter started and today the mechanic is saying that alternator, battery and starter are working fine. The battery is 640 CCA and it was measured 543. I thought it was battery issue but they are saying it is something else. When vehicle is sitting for a day or 2 it needs jump start. They suggested to leave the vehicle overnight and then they will try Engine Diagnosis. Is the diagnosis really required as it will cost about $100. Should I try anything else ?

Start by disconnecting the battery at night first, then check the battery in the morning. Sounds as though you have an open circuit. Usually it's a light or bad connection. Sometimes the cable that runs from the battery to the starter.
Put your car in the garage at night and turn off all lights. Look all around the vehicle for signs of a light on. Usual culprits are : hood light, trunk light, interior light, etc. Something is causing a 'parasitic draw' keeping power flowing to something. Don't need engine diagnostic.....need to find the open circuit.
