What is your question?
I got a check engine light and the code said that it was shift fault circuit fault or something. I just need to know how to fix it. I'm pretty sure I know where it is.

Hello, diagnostic trouble codes (DTC's) can only illustrate what circuit a failure was detected in - not any root cause. Without knowing the exact code it's impossible to give guidance as to where to first troubleshoot. However, each code leads to troubleshooting steps. Learning "how to fix" the problem is determined by learning what the fault is, then troubleshooting further too determine a root cause of failure. Your code could indicate a concern with a pressure switch, or could indicate an unresolvable internal concern. Hands on testing is needed. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554. We'll gladly find you a certified RepairPal shop in your area.
