What is your question?
I have a 2001 Honda Accord 3.0L V6 I started having electrical problems which started with the Alternator. I replaced that along with a new Starter and battery. I started the car up and I took it for a few test runs and all seemed to be fine then my ABS and TCS lights came on at the same time and then turned back off without me clearing anything so I ran the OBD scanner and the code P1676 came up and I'm not getting a direct answer on what it could be. My car feels like it is sputtering a bit. I checked all fuses and they are good. My car struggled to start so I had to put my foot on the gas to get it started all the way and then it has a hard shake after that. What could it be? I had already replaced my transmission a few years ago and haven't had a problem it shifts fine I replaced spark plugs and ignition coils cleaned my EGR valve. What am I missing?
How long has your 2001 Honda Accord had this problem?
A few weeks

You didn't mention, but I'm assuming V6 Accord. There's a likelihood that the electrical ignition switch could be a concern. Check the wire connector to this switch in the steering column and the switch itself, replace and repair wiring and connector if suspect. Hands on testing is required using diagnostic tools and shop manuals for reference, but this is one possible clue.
