Car not starting

What is your question?

Twice in the last month my car hasn't started, turns over but won't start. If I wait 5-10 minutes it starts right up. I have noticed the green key is lit up on the dash, and flases 4 times after I turn it off. Most of the time, the car starts and runs fine. I have checked the most basic things such as battery and it's full of gas.
