What is your question?
After swapping and checking some fuses, I noticed my SRS indicator light came on. Will pulling the fuse cause this to happen? I took it to the dealership, he SAYS he reset it. But also that a problem lies within the Occupant Position Detection System. $1,000 to fix and if I don't, NONE of the airbags will deploy in the meantime. This seems excessive, especially considering the coincidence of altering the fuses. Any suggestions? Should I get my car back from the dealer and try a reset myself?

You need a factory quality re-set tool for the SRS. A good repair shop could do this. I do think that the fuses could have triggered the light. it may have cut off the current to the passenger occupancy sensor which would set a code, if the key was turned on or the engine started. If the sensor is bad, they are REALLY pricey. But, definitely get a second opinion from a good Honda capable independent shop. ( there are lots of those because Honda is well designed car ) The dealer sounds like they want to make a 'ski boat payment'.
