Heater blows but doesnt get hot could it be a fuse?

If temperature controls don't work at all, it sounds like the temperature blend door motor may not be working properly, or the door that it drives could be fractured. If the temperature does change when the controls are used but not to the degree that you wish for, then there could be an engine performance issue with the engine not heating properly.
